Delete your Hapibit account

Start your deletion request

Sign in to Hapibit Finance on the web, then use Settings → Delete account to submit your request. You do not need to reinstall the app, connect a bank, or send a separate email.

You can also open Settings → Delete account in the iOS or Android app. Enter the displayed confirmation phrase, submit, and check the received or under-review status on the same screen.

What this request covers

This requests permanent deletion of your shared Hapibit account and associated personal data. It includes Hapibit Finance and affects access and records in QT, Translate, Church Planner, and other services using the same account. This is a request to delete the entire shared account, not only to disconnect a bank.

The review covers your profile, connected financial accounts and transactions, financial notes and other personal data, provider connections, and personal data in shared records. The team coordinates any shared-space ownership and removes or anonymizes your personal data while preserving other people's legitimate records. Save anything you need before deletion. Subscriptions in other Hapibit apps must be canceled separately through the relevant store.

Timing and confirmation

Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account or disconnect your banks. The Hapibit team reviews the connected services and communicates the expected completion date and outcome to your registered email. A received or under-review status does not mean deletion is complete.

If information must be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute handling, or a provider's backup cycle, the team will explain the specific information, reason, and applicable retention period. Logging out or uninstalling the app does not delete server data.

Cannot sign in or need a narrower data request?

Email daniel@hapibit.com with the subject “Hapibit Finance account deletion request” and your registered email address. If possible, write from that address. Tell us if you want only particular Finance data removed while keeping your shared Hapibit account. We will verify account ownership and explain the available scope. Never send your password or authentication codes.
