These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hapibit Finance, a private finance application operated by Hapibit. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
Hapibit Finance helps users connect financial accounts, review transactions, categorize spending, add transaction details, and optionally match Gmail receipts or order emails to transactions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or approve.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Financial Information
Hapibit Finance is not a bank, broker, tax advisor, accountant, or financial advisor. The service is provided for organization and review of financial information. You should verify important information before making financial, accounting, or tax decisions.
Connected Services
The app may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Plaid, Google, Vercel, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
Google and Gmail Access
If you connect Gmail, you authorize Hapibit Finance to request read-only access to search for relevant receipt, order, payment, invoice, and subscription emails for transaction matching. You may revoke this access through your Google Account permissions at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Interfering with the security or operation of the service.
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Uploading or entering content that violates another person's rights.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hapibit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
